I liked the details, like staff and location, they were great. The room was beautifully designed with fountain view. They had an early check-in. Tbh, had a real good stay on this visit.

Kudos to well-trained staff, panoramic views, really handy location adjacent to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, jumeirah. Generally everything was fabulous, however the bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was freshly cooked with lots of meals.

Fantastic value for money as opposed to other options, centrally located. Fab location, very generous staff, top-notch room. Lots of good food, I loved it. Power sockets and buzzer in the room and the comfortable bed. There was a sandy beach near the place.

The hotel of choice in Dubai. The location is perfect, the service is good, the staff is excellent. Their concierge rocks! We requested a suite with fantastic view and were completely satisfied. Appreciated that they had onsite restaurant Al Bayt, no need to go somewhere else.
